To celebrate its 225th anniversary, Girard-Perregaux introduced the Place Girardet series in 2016, a limited edition of 225 pieces featuring the brand’s signature Golden Bridge and in-house Microvar balance wheel. Each watch is uniquely distinguished by a gold plate at 9 o’clock engraved with a specific year from 1791 to 2016. The dial design pays tribute to that year through distinctive colours, finishes, and applied indexes, while the hands and openworked balance wheel remain consistent across the collection. Powered by the in-house automatic calibre GP01800-0005 with a 54-hour power reserve, this is an excellent addition to any collection and suitable for daily wear. Includes box and papers.

The watch is in like new condition. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
